Social Services
Our Social Worker, Lois Birch, has been with Greenway Manor for the past 26 years. Lois will help the resident and family with moving in, getting settled and making plans for their stay here. Lois will try to arrange for a compatible roommate and will be available to explore any concerns of feelings with the resident and family members.
Lois will conduct an admission interview and will explain policies and procedures and a social history will be obtained upon admission. Residents will be informed of the Resident’s Bill of Rights and will be asked to sign admission forms.
