Greenway Manor is a 60 bed skilled nursing facility, licensed by the State of Wisconsin to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. Greenway is Medicare certified and is locally owned and operated.

Located on the edge of Spring Green, Greenway Manor offers a scenic country view while maintaining easy access to the downtown area.

The purpose of this website is to acquaint you with our home, however, we strongly encourage you to stop by for a visit. Take a tour, meet the staff and visit with the residents. We are very proud of Greenway Manor and we want to show you why you should choose our facility. We are able to provide short term rehabilitation services or long term care if needed. Remember, choosing a nursing home is an important decision and it pays to do your homework and make an informed choice. You don't need to make an appointment and we always have plenty of food in case you want to stay for lunch.
